Leadership Challenge was a popular quarterly contest amongst SFI affliates, but it was discontinued due to some reasons.
But now this contest is back again.. with exciting prizes for attaining various levels.
From July 2019, each month, LC contest will run again. Any SFI affiliates can submit their entry into each month’s leadership challenge, by just clicking on a button.
So, What is The Leadership Challenge (LC) Contest?
The Leadership Challenge is a contest for all SFI affiliates interested in developing a strong, active group (downline).

To confirm entry in the LC contest for any month, an SFI affiliate needs to visit the LC contest page, and confirm his/her entry.

Leadership Challenge Focuses on the Diamond Plan
The Diamond Plan is a popular concept within SFI. For any SFI affiliate who wants to become a top earner in SFI, one very important thing he/she can focus on and work on continually, is to try to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader).
When a SFI affiliate becomes a DTL, he/she would have 3 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) under him/her, which means his/her downline has grown into many levels with many active team leaders at these levels, thus giving him continual monthly residual income.
As an SFI affiliate, you can increase your affiliate rank in the following manner:-
Affiliate > EA (Executive affiliate) > BTL (Bronze team leader) > STL (Silver team leader) > GTL (Gold team leader) > PTL (Platinum team leader) > DTL (Diamond team leader).
According to the SFI compensation plan structure, the higher rank you go, the more team leaders you will have at more levels below you.
So, attaining the DTL rank is really something worthwhile to go for. It can take a few years to get there, but once you get there, you can really become a top earner in SFI, month after month.
Also, remember that, you don’t have to go to DTL rank either, to earn a great income in SFI.
You can just shoot for less higher ranks like PTL or GTL (which will take less time to attain), and still earn great income in SFI, because you will still have many active team leaders and executive affiliates at different levels below you, and earn executive pool matches from them.
The focus on leadership challenge is thus, creating more EAs and Team Leaders (BTL, STL, GTL, etc) at your first level, which ultimately encourages you to improve your affiliate rank to go higher and higher.
Each month you can shoot for this target (creating more EAs and team leaders under you), and hence get rewarded.
Following are July 2019’s Leadership Challenge Qualifications and Prizes :-
LEVEL 1: Develop 2 personally sponsored EAs to earn the Level 1 LC badge and 2000 Rewardicals.
LEVEL 2: Develop 3 personally sponsored EAs to earn the Level 2 LC badge, 3000 Rewardicals, and $10 cash.
LEVEL 3: Develop 5 personally sponsored EAs to earn the Level 3 LC badge, 4000 Rewardicals, and $20 cash.
LEVEL 4: Develop 2 new, personally sponsored Team Leaders* to earn the Level 4 LC badge, 5000 Rewardicals, and $35 cash.
LEVEL 5: Develop 3 or more new, personally sponsored Team Leaders* to earn the Level 5 LC badge, 10000 Rewardicals, $50 cash, and a brand new Zing Network t-shirt featuring all Zing properties.
*Qualifying Team Leaders must be achieving this rank for the first time.
