Importance of Having A Good Duplicable System in Network Marketing

You may have already heard that in a network marketing company it is very important to have a proper duplicable system in place, but you are still NOT clear about WHY you need to have such a system.

This blog post is going to clarify that.

You see, when it comes to network marketing, DUPLICATION is so important. In fact, duplication is the key in network marketing.

Duplication means your downline members or your team mates are duplicating (copying) the core activities that you are doing to build the business.

When duplication happens properly within your downline, then as time passes by, it causes your downline to grow into more below levels (generations). This means your monthly residual income continues to grow as well.

In fact, if you are a good salesperson but your team members are not able to duplicate what you do, then you are not going to see much sucess in network marketing.

Without duplication your downline will not grow. You simply cannot build a large downline if your downline members are not able duplicate what you do.

It simply isn’t going happen.

So What Can You Do to Ensure Duplication in Your Downline?

The answer to that question is having an easy-to-follow duplicable SYSTEM in place, that an average person in your downline can understand and follow.

A SYSTEM is a series of processes to efficiently perform a certain type of activity.

For example, when someone joins the network marketing company under you, that person can be given access to a “how to get started” system, so that he or she can easily follow that system and get started.

Having such a duplicable system makes it so easier for you to properly guide them.

So as soon someone joins under you, you just CONNECT THAT PERSON TO YOUR SYSTEM and your system does the work to help that person take action.

Then that person could show the same system to his/her downline members also.

This is how duplication happens in your downline.

Another example : if you are recruiting other people under you successfully, and you have nailed down the whole recruiting process into an easy to follow recruiting system, then you can present the same system to your downline members, so that they can recruit others.

Similarly, there could be systems for other parts of your network marekting business, for example goal setting, lead generation, showing business presentation, product education, training etc.

Dedicate Yourself To The System

After joining a good network marketing company if you are given access to a proven system, and if you decide to work on that system, they dedicate yourself completely to the system.

This is how success will come.

Stick to the system and work on it continually until you start to get some results.

Just plug into the system and give it time to compound.

Note that, both your upline members and the company can give you access to a proven system.

The company may have a system of its own, or your upline members may have a system that is working for them.

You can choose Whatever system you want to follow. But once you have chosen a proven system, stay with that system.

Don’t change your system every other month in an attempt to follow a new system.

That would be a disaster.

Remember that you will be showing the same system to your downline. So give yourself enough time to get accustomed with your chosen system.

In general, it may take up to 3 months for a new recruit to fully get familiar with a system.

So, if you don’t give yourself time to get accustomed with the system, how can you transfer the same system to your downline memebers?

Systems Are Everywhere

If you look all around you will notice existence of successful systems in different professions.

Any person who is following a certain profession (including business or sports), will be given access to a system that is proven to work in that profession.

For example, in a certain sport, you will notice players change but new players are also given training according to the existing system. The new players just plug into the system and they keep winning over a long period of time.

Similarly a good network marketing is likely to have a proven system in place that is going to work for average person if they decide to work on it.

People before joining a Network Marketing company, often analyze the products, the company, the compensation plan etc, but they don’t really think about one of the key questions : Does my upline or the company have a successful business building system that I can plug into and duplicate to build my business?

Successful network marketers know that the key to success is to adapt or develop a successful duplicatable system for building the network marketing business, and teach the same system to everyone they sponsor.
