SFI has always been trying to make it EASIER for serious SFI affiliates, to make their downline team members active and involved with SFI.
The new STARTER INCENTIVE program is another effort, to encourage just that.
So, What Are Starter Incentives?
SFI Starter Incentives is a suite of team-builder tools that let any serious SFI affiliate target select people in their downline team, with SPECIAL INCENTIVES, that encourage them to TAKE ACTION.
Within the SFI affiliate member area, an SFI affiliate can now find a special STARTER INCENTIVE MANAGER webpage, through which they can manage all their starter incentives.
So, as an SFI affiliate, if you want to incentivize your new PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates), if they do a live chat with you immediately after joining SFI, NOW YOU CAN DO THAT through your STARTER INCENTIVE MANAGER.
Or, if you want to incentivize your new PSAs, if they send you an email letting you know they want to work seriously with SFI, now you can do that through your STARTER INCENTIVE MANAGER.
Or, if you want to incentivize your new PSAs, if they verify their email right after joining SFI, now you can do that through your STARTER INCENTIVE MANAGER.
What INCENTIVES Are Given As A Reward?
Currently, if a PSA performs a certain action as mentioned within the starter incentive manager, they can now be incentivized or gifted with REWARDICAL TOKENS.
So, at this time, REWARDICALS are the sole incentives available, that can be given away as a gift.

Note that, any SFI affiliate can EXCHANGE or REDEEM their earned rewardicals into various goodies like versa points, TCredits, PSAs, CSAs, bitcoins, SFI commissions etc.
So, when your PSAs receive rewardicals from you, they can exchange them to the above mentioned items.
What Types of Starter Incentives Are Available, Within The Starter Incentive Manager?
Currently, the following starter incentives are available within your Starter Incentive Manager. But SFI will keep adding more starter incentives, as they come out with more ideas on what works best to make new affiliates active within SFI.
#100 Live Chat Incentive – reward or incentivize your new PSAs if they initiate a live chat with you.
#101 Email Intro Incentive – reward or incentivize your new PSAs if they send you an email introducing themselves.
#102 Verify Email Incentive – reward or incentivize your new PSAs if they to confirm their email address after joining SFI.
#103 Purchase Incentive – reward or incentivize your PSAs if they make a purchase in tripleclicks or other zing network sites.
#104 Astro Auctions Incentive – reward or incentivize your PSAs if they try out an Astro Auction.
As An SFI affiliate, Can I change Any Starter Incentive Anytime?
Yes, absolutely.
Through your Starter Incentive Manager, you can always turn on/off any starter incentive, anytime you wish.
Note: if you turn a starter incentive on/off, it will take effect immediately.
Also, you can anytime ADJUST the AMOUNT of rewardicals that you want to give as a gift, within any starter incentive.
You can also choose to use MULTIPLE starter incentives at the same time. Which means, all your new PSAs can see multiple reward offers from you, for PERFORMING DIFFERENT ACTIONS.
