Many online business opportunity seekers have already heard this many times that “THE MONEY IS IN THE LIST”, still not many of them start to build their list of email subscribers as early as possible.

It is vital that if you are in any form of online business, especially affiliate marketing or network marketing, you start to build a list of email subscribers as quickly as you can.

Why? Because by building a list of subscribers, you can communicate with them again and again.

And depending on the value and information you are sending to them, this repeated communicationwill build trust, and some of them can quickly become your followers. They will be more responsive and receptive to what you say to them, and they may take action of whatever offer you recommend to them.

So, considering you have 1000 subcribers in your list, expect 50 to 300 people will follow you.

These people will listen to what you say to them, and some of them will act on your recommendation or purchase your product or join your business opportunity under you. And if you grow your subscriber list to 5000 people over time, then expect 250 to 1500 people to follow you.

This is the core of email list building. You want to build a list of people who follow you.

These people are your FOLLOWERS. They are your WARM MARKET, and some of these people may become your HOT MARKET, because they really really like what you say to them and are ready to act on your recommendation.

So, How Do You Build An Email List?

To build an email list, you need an autoresponder. In your autoresponder, you can load your follow up messages and occasional broadcast messages.

Also, you can change your messages anytime, or add a new message or remove an old message etc, depending on the situation.

What an autoresponder does is, it will send your follow up messages in sequence to your list subscribers, according to the intervals in days that you set up in your autoresponder account.


No matter at what time a new lead join your list. That lead will keep receiving all your followup messages automatically, according to the day intervals you specified for these messages.

Yes, there are many other forms of traffic that you can use to get visitors to your offer. For example social media traffic, youtube traffic, your own blog or website traffic, free advertsing sites like traffic exchanges, safelists, classified sites, facebook groups traffic, paid advertising traffic like facebook ads, google ads etc.

But as I said before, for me email marketing or list building is best of all these trafficsources. This is because I have so much power in my hand when I build a list of people who are my followers.

And the great thing is, you can still utilize all these other traffic sources to build youremail list. Which means, you can advertise your lead capture page(s) at all these traffic sources, and get people opted into your list.

So why I consider email marketing or list building as the best traffic source?

Here are some reasons :-

Once you get people into your list, you can communicate with them again and again. You can offer them valuable information about your business or product (educate them), and at the same time you can recommend them to various promotional offers or businesses that you are involved in.

When you have people in your list, you have a medium that ALLOWS YOU to stay in touch with them. Having people in your list means you can communicate with them again and again and therefore give them repeated exposure about your offer. In this blog post I will discuss a very interesting and important concept in network marketing business or in any other business, called THE NUMBERS GAME.

Yes, this is so true. Network Marketing is a numbers game. And this is a concept that you need to understand.

Very simply, NUMBERS are the language of business. The more number of people who see your offer or business opportunity, the more chance you will find one or more ideal prospects who will take interest and get involved with your offer.

“The Numbers Game” is a very essential and very common concept in any business, and it applies even more to a network marketing business, because in network marketing you are building a network of people in your downline.

Therefore if you are looking for ideal prospects for your business or for your MLM company, keep in mind that it is really a numbers game.

The 4 Aces In A Deck Of Cards

In a deck of 52 cards, there is 4 Aces.

Now if you are trying to locate all the 4 Aces, you may have to go through all the 52 cards.

The first Ace may come out at the first attempt, or it may come out in any other attempt, for example, in the 5th attempt or in the 12th attempt, or even in the 49th attempt (yes, this is a rare case where you get all the 4 Aces in your 49th, 50th, 51th and 52nd attempt).

The bottom line is this, you may have to go through all the 52 cards, until you find all the 4 Aces.

But what you surely know is that the 4 Aces are there within the 52 cards.

So the more cards you go through the more chance you will find one or all of the 4 Aces.

Suppose you stop only after your 16th attempt, and until the 16th attempt, you have found only one Ace. But the second Ace might just be there at the 21st place.

So if you could have taken 5 more attempts you were able to locate the second Ace.

I hope you get the concept.

You have to keep looking for your Aces until you find all of them.

It is really a numbers game.

Similarly, there are people who will be suitable for the business or product that you are promoting. And they are out there. But you have to keep looking for them until you find them.

Difference Betweeen Promoting Your Network Marketing Company And Selling A Product

When you are selling a product, you are looking for customers who will use the product. In this case also it is a numbers game.

However note that when you are promoting your network marketing company you are looking for people who would be willing to be business owners or distributors of the company.

This will definitely require much more commitment from the part of your prospect, than just being a customer who will simply use the product.

Hence in case of network marketing the ratio is likely to become even lower, which means you may have to go through a lot MORE people to find a few people who will be interested in building the business.

So it is quite clear that to be successful in MLM or network marketing industry, you have to WORK THE NUMBERS even more.

The Key to Duplication

In a previous blog post, I have already discussed that if you are with a network marketing company, then DUPLICATION should be the primary thing you should focus on.

Now one thing that is quite obvious is that the more people you recruit, the greater the chance that more duplication will happen in your downline organization.

Suppose you recruit only 5 people into your company, then what is the chance that duplication will happen in your downline?

Not much.

However if you recruit 50 people, the chance of duplication increases a bit more. And if you recruit 500 people the possibility improves even more.

Yes how you are communicating and building relationship with your downline is important, but you must realize that the more people you go through, the more chance you will find a few people who will duplicate you and grow their own downline.

And the good news is that you don’t need a lot of people in your downline to duplicate you.

Even if only a few people start to duplicate you, your downline will grow into many active people over time.

You Will Have All Kinds of People

Note that, as you keep promoting your network marketing or MLM business opportunity, you will have all kinds of people in your downline.

Some people will join and then never return.

Some people will stay active for a few months and then leave.

Some people will only be customers and they will use the products.

Some people will be serious enough to build this business for the long term.

And you need to go through all of them because by doing that you will find the right people.

Because no matter what you do to help people, most people will do nothing or do very little with the business, and then quit.

Also by going through more and more people, you don’t have to depend on the individual performance of any particular person.

Be An Accountant and Keep Track of Your Effort

Network marketing is really about how many people you are showing your business everyday.

The biggest mistake people make inside the network marketing industry is that they don’t show their business to enough people.

Every waking moment is an opportunity for you to present your business to more people.

You can not presume in advance what will be the result, but you can control your own activity.

This means you can control how many people you show your business everyday or every week.

I suggest you to be an accountant and keep track of how many people you are showing your business each week.

You can write on a paper, how many people you are showing your business every day or every week.

Tracking your Numbers this way will allow you to improve your results. If you are a little behind, you can always tell yourself how much more you need to do.

Many people in this business falsely assume that they are actually doing this business, but actually they are doing nothing.

Then they come to their own conclusion complaining that network marketing does not work for them.

In reality, they didn’t work for their network marketing business, and that is why it does not work for them. Simple as that!

Therefore.. start doing it today… start tracking your efforts. And never stop.

By tracking this way you can then increase the number of people whom you are showing your business presentation. For example, if you are showing to 50 people this week, target to show to 75 people the next week.

By simply increasing the number of people you are showing you offer in a certain timeframe, you can make the process faster and get quicker result.

Conclusion

To succeed in your MLM business, you need to get a few RIGHT people in your downline, who will be serious to build the business.

And even if you have got some right people in your downline, you cannot be complacent, because they can leave your business anytime, due to their own reasons.

This means, you must CONTINUALLY look for new people and regularly sift and sort through them (based on their involvement level).

Why Follow Ups Are So Important in Business?

You may have heard it many times, THE FORTUNE IS IN THE FOLLOW UP.

Yes, this is so true.

When it comes to running a business or making sales of your products, continual follow up with your prospects is so important. You have to STAY IN TOUCH with your prospects, regardless of whether they join your program or buy your product right away or not.

So, no matter whether you are running a network marketing business or any other business, it is vital that you stay in constant touch with your prospects by continually following up with them.

So, Why Should You Continually Follow Up With Your Prospects?

There are a few reasons for this :-

(1) First, the current time may not be the right time for your prospects to join your program or buy your product, but if you stay in touch with them continually, you and your communication will still remain at the forefront of their mind. And later when the right time comes for them, may be after a couple months or even more times later, you will be the first person whose recommendation they will accept.

So don’t prejudge anyone. You never know when the right time comes for a particular person to accept your offer.

Remember that a “no” now, does not mean a “no” forever. The situation may change anytime.

(2) People need repeated exposures. It has been proven again and again that most people will not buy something, or join a program, after only one exposure to your offer. They will only do that after repeated exposures to that offer. Even to have them to look at your offer seriously, you need to give them at least five to ten exposures to your offer.

When you have the ability to continually follow up with them you can find different ways to expose your offer to them.

(3) You can drip feed them so that they don’t feel overwhelmed.

Simply giving your prospects too much information about your offer during the first presentation just does not work. This makes them overwhelmed. And when people are overwhelmed with information they become confused. And a confused mind tends to say no.

But when you have the ability to continually follow up with them at different time intervals, you can drip feed them about your offer or related information in your different messages.

This way they will not feel overwhelmed as they will get the time to take your information gradually, as they become more educated about your offer and its benefits.

(4) you can promote other related offers in the backend. This is one of the great benefits of having a system in place that allow you to follow up with your prospects.

Anytime, you can come up with another offer that your prospects will find very useful. So, you can just recommend that offer in a follow up message to your prospects. This will create additional income for you.

Since your prospects are already receiving your follow up messages, they are already familiar with you. Therefore it is more likely that some of them will accept whenever you recommend them any other offer.

(5) When you are continually following up with your prospects, you are showing them that you are consistent, you have belief in your business and products, and you are going to stay in your business for the long term.

This creates trust, and they are more likely to accept your offer. Your prospects need to see that you are stable, persistent, and you are not jumping from one business to another.

(6) When you are able to continually follow up with your prospects, you can decide what message to send them and when to send that message.

This gives you so much power because YOU HAVE TO TOTAL CONTROL on the content you send to them.

You can send them messages based on their needs and wants so they can relate to that, which makes them more likely to purchase your product or join your program.

(7) People are busy with their personal lives and other commitments. Further they are continually receiving many other offers from many other businesses.

This is why those businesses that are continually following up with them, will remain at the top of their mind.

So it is quite clear that if you are not following up with people consistently, you are leaving money on the table.

Network marketing, like any business, is a long term business. Like any other business, It takes time to build this business also.

After you have have joined a good network marketing company, you should think long term and stick with your company for the long term.

This is how success will come.

Many people are looking for quick money after they have joined a network marketing company. They jump from one company to another after every couple of months, thinking that the next company they join will help them earn money quickly or earn more money.

But like any other professions, for network marketing also, unless you develop the proper mindset and skills that are required for this profession, you need to give it the time and effort that are required, so that you become more efficient at running your network marketing business.

It will take time to build your downline.

It will take time to know your business and the products at a deeper level.

It will take time to find ideal customers for the products of your company, or find an ideal distributor who will become the next leader.

It will take time to train your downline properly.

Unless you stick with your network marketing company, and continually work at it, you will not learn how to do this business properly. In other words, you will not develop the skills that are required.

So, after you have joined a good network marketing company, quitting is simply not an option for you.

Note that, not quitting does not just mean sticking with your company without doing anything. Not quitting also means that you should take continual action on important business building activities, to grow your business daily.

Note that you will learn many things by taking action, making mistakes and then improving from there. This is how you will develop your skills.

Below are FIVE reasons WHY after joining a good network marketing company, you should not quit the company.

Reason #1 : If You Quit, You Lose Momentum

By working with your current network marketing company, you may have already created some momentum within your company. You might have got some active members within your dowline who are also willing to grow their downline. Or you may have some customers who are using the products.

If you quit your current company, you will lose all these.

Reason #2 : If You Quit, You Lose Credibility

Note that your downline members and customers are most likely watching you, what you are doing with your current company.

If you quit your current company, you are just showing them you have got no belief in your current company or its products.

Also, they might consider you as a program hopper who does not know much about how to succeed in this business.

Reason #3 : If You Quit, You Start All Over Again

If you think by quitting your current company and joining the next company you are going to get great advantage, it simply may not be the case.

Maybe with your current company, you already have got some active people in your downline, who have potential to grow their downline.

So instead of joining another company, if you make effort to train them properly, you may have already created a starting point for huge growth within your downline. These people already know you and are accustomed to get training from you.

If you quit your current company and join another company, you have to start the downline building process all over again. You have to find new members for your team, and you have train them from the beginning all over again.

Reason #4 : If You Quit, You Will Not Have The Leaders in Your Downline

If you want your downline to grow into more below levels, you need leaders at your first level. A leader is someone who is business minded and is prepared to take continual action to grow their downline.

There are two ways you can grow your downline. You either find leaders (who already have got experience in this type of business), or you create leaders (by training them properly).

For both of the above options, you need TIME.

You find leaders by promoting your business, and it will take time to find a one or more other leaders this way who would be willing to join you in your company, because most of them would already got involved in another network marketing company.

And If you try to create leaders under you, quite obviously it will take more time to train them properly so that they can become independent.

So as you can see, for both options, you need to stick with your company for the long term and give it time to have leaders under you.

Reason #5 : If You Quit, You Can Not Develop The Required Skills

Lastly, and this is quite obvious, you can not develop the required skills within any profession within a short time. It takes time (a lot of time), to develop the proper skills within any profession.

Malcolm Gladwell, in one of his book, has said It takes 10,000 hours of practice to make you an expert of anything.

You can see doctors, engineers, accountants etc all have to go through many years of training and experience before they become good enough to conduct their jobs.

With network marketing, this is not any exception either.

For many network marketers, it took at least three years, before they gained enough confidence to successfully run the business.

Why Building Momentum is So important For Your Online Business

Building momentum in the business is a quite interesting and very significant topic for any entrepreneur or business owner, so in this blog post I want to discuss just about that.

No matter whatever business you are in, whether it is an MLM (network marketing) business, or any other type of business (online or offline), you want to go to the MOMENTUM stage of your business, as quickly as possible.

Why? Because once you get into the momentum stage of your business, you start to see more and more positive results, without putting in the same effort as you were putting before.

This means once you reach the momentum stage of your business, things start to happen for you, even if you are acting less on your business.

You start to get more leads, more response from your clients, more sales etc.

It is same thing like pushing a stalled vehicle. when you start pushing it initially, it takes a lot of effort, but once the vehicle has gained some momentum, you don’t need to push as harder. Moreover it will keep going on its own (at least for some time).

If you want to grow your business faster, your goal is to reach the momentum stage as quickly as possible, and then keep maintaining that momentum.

In an online business, it is all about getting into momentum and then keeping on that momentum.

So, What is The Momentum Stage of A Business?

If you read this article The Five Stages of a Business, it will tell you clearly that in general, building or growing any business goes through 5 stages :

Stage 1: Formulation
Stage 2: Concentration
Stage 3: Momentum
Stage 4: Stability
Stage 5: Breakthrough

Now in this blog post, I am going to talk about the first three stages only (formulation, concentration and momentum stage). Because reaching the momentum stage is the discussion of this blog post, so that is where I am putting the focus here.

As you can see, during the first two stages, formulation and concentration, you may put much more effort, but get less result (or very less result).

But as you keep going through these first two stages, you will reach the momentum stage where you start to see more and more result.

The key is to keep working (keep pushing) during the formulation and concentration stage, so that you reach the momentum stage as quickly as possible.

In other words, you have to hustle and work hard until you reach the momentum stage.

The harder you work on the formulation and concentration stage, the faster you are going to reach the momentum stage of your business.

As I said before, if you want to grow your business faster, your goal is to reach the momentum stage as quickly as possible, so that things start to happen for you faster. This means you have to work hard on important activities on your business and give more time to these activities.

Also, it makes perfect sense that you learn how to do these activities better. When you do these activties better, then you have leverage. And when you have leverage, you get faster results in your business.

Why Do We Lose Momentum in Our Business?

Many people want to start their own business, but they are NOT REALLY FOCUSED TO BUILD that business. They are not really giving in much time, thought or energy into that business.

If you are working on your business only once a week, or you forget about it and come back next week, then you have LOST THE MOMENTUM.

But if you work on your business everyday, you are SLOWLY BUILDING ON THAT MOMENTUM.

If you put in two or three hours of proper work on your business everyday, you are building on that momentum everyday.

How to Avoid Losing Momentum in Your Business?

Remember that things does not always go as we planned, and life gets in our way with other urgencies.

However, there are some ways to avoid losing momentum in your online business :-

(1) Join a good business opportunity and keep working on it. Stay focused on that business. Stay focused to build that business. You are never going to build a business or reach momentum stage of your business, by jumping from one opportunity to another every other month. You have to stay focused on your business and keep working on your business.

Have you seen someone open a fruit shop this month, and then get bored with that, so he opens a butcher shop next month? No, if you want to succeed with your fruit shop, you have to keep working with your fruit shop. Over time, more people will know about you and your fruit shop, and keep coming to your shop as your customers.

Building a business takes time.

(2) Don’t get upset when there are bad days. No matter how good your business opportunity is, not everyday or every week is going to be good for you. You are going to face really good days and you are going to face really bad days.

Your bad days are when you are seeing no result. This is especially true at the beginning stage of your business, when you are going to see more bad days.

Remember that it is normal, even great businesses face rejection.

The key is to keep working on your business.

(3) Stay focused on postive aspects of your business goal. Find something motivational about your business goals, what you want to achieve with your business, and read it everyday, this will keep you focused on your business, and also keep you taking consistent action, even when you are facing bad days or facing problems.

Along the same line, avoid negative thought as much as possible. When negative thought arises, read these positive aspects about your business or business goal. This will shift your mind from negative to postive quickly.

(4) Create a plan for your business. Your plan is your guide, that will give you clarity and also keep you focused.

Your business plan can be your marketing plan, where to promote, how to follow up with your prospects etc.

Create a well planned to do list of what you are going to do for the next few days of your business. You may not be clear about everything what you are going to do, but write down whatever you feel important to do, and as you go through them, you will find more ideas about what to next. As these ideas come, write them as your next items in your to do list (the things you are going to do for next few days).

Your business plan is not set in store. You can always change your plan according to what you feel suitable. Your plan will evolve, and get better as you keep working on your plan.

(5) Avoid distractions. You know what you want to achieve with your business, so your job is to avoid anything that is not related to your business.

You will keep receiving information about the next amazing business opportunity that you must join, but remember that any business will take continual work from you to build it.

So stay focused on the good business opportunity that you have already decided to build on.

Avoid all distractions. Whether it be by emails you get in your inbox, or in a facebook group, or a negative thought that arises in your mind.

(6) Avoid stress as much as possible. A little stress is good, but don’t get to a stage where you are completely burned out or exhausted.

Exhaustion is another big thing that can kill momentum. So avoid being completely exhaused, both physically and mentally.

It is natural that from time to time you have to work hard on your business, or have to learn something new, but with a proper schedule and well planned to do list, you can handle all that, and make your life LESS STRESSFUL.

If you are burned out or exhausted. Consider taking two or three days of rest. It will not affect your business if you take a break for two or three days, but it will affect your business if you don’t do anything about your business day after day.

Conclusion

To keep momentum going in your business, you simply just have to stay in the habit of working on your business daily.

But for some, getting that initial momentum going is the hard part.

You must continually remind yourself of the important activities of your business (the activities that help grow your business). Remember that no one cares about your business, unless you care.

You must think like this : “If It is to be, it is up to me”.

In fact, it is your own sense of responsibility and being proactive, that will make you more successful in network marketing than any other factors. You must think about what activities would help grow your downline and your business, and then make sure you get those activities done. Only action will bring results.

Therefore, make sure you are doing something, to grow your network marketing business everyday.

Mindset Tip ##3 : Focus on Building and Growing Your Downline

You must focus on building and growing your downline. In other words, you must focus on team building, which is creating a group of active people at different levels/generations below you.

Although you can promote the products of the company and earn commissions, remember that the main reason you have joined your network marketing company, so that you can earn from the activities of your downline members. This will free up your time, and in this way as your downline grows, you can earn leveraged and residual income from the activities of your downline members.

Study the compensation plan of your network marketing company carefully, and then think about what activities will help grow your downline.

Note that how fast your downline will grow, will depend on the type of training/support your downline members are getting. When they get properly trained, then they will be able to take proper action, which will ultimately help your downline grow into more below levels, with passage of time. This is called duplication.

Mindset Tip #4 : Spend More Time on Frontline Activities of Your Business

Like any other business, network marketing is a sifting and sorting business. This means you have to go through a lot of people, who don’t get it or who don’t want to do this business, to FIND a few people who want to do this business with YOU.

The more time you spend on the frontline activities of your business, the more chance you will find some people who want to do this business with you, and become a part of your downline.

Mindset Tip #5 : See the Big Picture and Keep that Big Picture in Mind

In network marketing, many people quit (and many quit too early), because they fail to see the big picture.

So, what is the big picture?

The big picture is the future potential or WHAT IS POSSIBLE, if you stick with your network marketing company for the long term (3 to 5 years or even more), and take consistent action in important business building activities.

What is possible if you have grown your downline into 4 levels? or even 6 levels or more? What is possible if you have found some good people at your first level?

Yes, it will take time. It will take a lot of hard work. And you will have to go through lots of rejections and inactive downline members (those who fail to see the big picture). But it is necessary to keep the big picture in mind, and keep taking action continually.

When you are running a business, you are also playing the mind game all the time. It is all about how much positive and solution oriented you can remain whenever you are working on your network marketing business.

In other words, are you seeing the glass half full, or are you seeing it half empty?

Remember that no venture in this world runs smoothly, and this is true for your network marketing business also. You are going to face challenges and problems. It is all about how much positive and solution oriented you can remain during this time, and how quickly you can bounce back, and then continue to take action.

This also boils down to the previous mindset tip (see the big picture and keep that picture in mind). If you can keep the big picture in your mind, these hurdles and challenges will not seem like a big problems to you, and you will be more motivated to find a way to overcome them, and keep going.

Persistence is going to bring you to the finish line.

Therefore, if you are facing some problems or seeing no result in your network marketing business, remain positive and look for ways on how you can overcome these problems. For example, if you are finding it difficult to get active downline members, maybe you are not posting enough ads or maybe your promotion strategies are not effective. For any problem, if you look for a solution, you are always going to find it.

What is The Role of A Sponsor in A Network Marketing Company

If you have joined a network marketing company, it is very likely that someone has referred you to that company. In that case, that person will be called your SPONSOR in your particular company.

Note that, a sponsor has some specific roles within the company. It is not that you just need some training about how to succeed with your network marketing company, and your company will provide you that training, and you will absorb that training, then follow it and succeed.

No, it is not like that. If that were the case, then everyone would have succeeded with network marketing. Keep in mind that, different people excel at different rates, based on their attitude, mindset, knowledge and experience.

Some people may need one to one support, while others not. Some people are already experienced in network marketing and so they can quickly grasp the training of your company, and start taking action. They don’t really need help from another person.

On the other hand, some others are relatively new to this field, therefore they need special attention and support, so that they are able to transition from being unsure or doubtful to a more comfortable state .

This is where a good sponsor, with good overall knowledge about how network marketing works, can provide great support to these people.

A Good Sponsor is Proficient in Duplication

A good sponsor will be able to create duplication within their downline.

Which means, they are able to teach and show their downline effectively what is working for them, so that their downline start duplicating them, and thus start growing their own downline too.

A good sponsor should have good communication and leadership skills. They are able to motivate and inspire their downline, and they are able to communicate their ideas clearly to their downline.

A good sponsor should also have a sound knowledge about the network marketing business model, and how their network marketing company operates.

What Not to Expect from Your Sponsor?

Note that even if you have got a good sponsor, your sponsor’s role is to guide you, and provide support to you.

However most likely, your sponsor is not going to do things for you. The role of a sponsor is not to build the business for you. That is NOT their responsibility. Their responsibility is to PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT to you.

When you have joined a network marketing company, you are actually building your own business. You are building your own downline.

Hence you must think like a business builder (leader), and TAKE CHARGE.

YOU must take responsibility to learn necessary things and then take consistent action to grow your network marketing business (grow your own downline).

Without taking responsibility, you are most likely not to succeed. You must constantly remind yourself to take necessary action regularly and on a consistent basis, to grow your business.

Keep in mind that, when you join a network marketing company, sooner or later, you have to take similar role like that of your sponsor, to grow your own downline too.

So, prepare yourself for this kind of job and develop the proper mindset.

Executive Pool – A Powerful Element of SFI Compensation Plan

Due to high popularity of Executive Pool that existed previously, from May 2019 onwards, SFI has brought back the “Executive Pool” concept within its compensation plan.

It is called “Executive Pool 2.0”, but it is more or less the same concept as the previous executive pool.

In this blog post, I am going to explain how executive pool works, because the INCOME FROM EXECUTIVE POOL is ONE of the primary ways many SFI affiliates, who are of Team Leader ranks, are able to create GREAT INCOME in SFI.

Currently, SFI compensation plan supports TWO MAIN WAYS of earning income from SFI :-

(1) Direct Commission

(2) Income from Executive Pool Shares

Besides the above two, there are some other ways you can earn income from SFI, however above two are the most important two ways to earn as an SFI affiliate, which means if you FOCUS on them, especially the second one, income from Executive Pool shares, you can really boost your income as an SFI affiliate.

How Does The Executive Pool Work?

Before we take a look into how the Executive Pool works, it is important to understand the term Matching Versa Point (Matching VP).

Matching VP is an important aspect of the SFI Compensation Plan that lets all SFI Team Leaders earn more Executive Pool shares.

Matching VP is a very powerful concept, where every versa point each of your downline members earn, you earn SAME matching versa point.

So, suppose you have a downline organization spread into three levels (generations) consisting of total 25 people. So, if for a particular month, these people earn a total of say, 50000 versa points, then you also earn 50000 matching VPs for the month.

Important : To be eligible to earn Matching VPs from your downline members, for any particular month, you must be of Team Leader Rank for that month.

Currently, SFI supports the following affiliate ranks :-

(1) Basic Affiliate – This is the first rank you get, when you join SFI as a new affiliate.

(2) Executive Affiliate (EA) – To attain this rank you must collect at least 1500 VPs for the month.

(3) Bronze Team Leader (BTL) – To attain this rank you must collect at least 3000 VPs for the month (1500 of these VPs must come from sales/purchases), plus you also need to have at least THREE personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs) at your first level (first generation).

(4) Silver Team Leader (STL) – To attain this rank you must collect at least 4000 VPs for the month (1500 of these VPs must come from sales/purchases), plus you also need to have at least ONE BTL at your first level.

(5) Gold Team Leader (GTL) – To attain this rank you must collect at least 5000 VPs for the month (1500 of these VPs must come from sales/purchases), plus you also need to have at least TWO STLs at your first level.

(6) Platinum Team Leader (PTL) – To attain this rank you must collect at least 6000 VPs for the month (1500 of these VPs must come from sales/purchases), plus you also need to have at least THREE GTLs at your first level.

(7) Diamond Team Leader (DTL) – This is the highest rank available in SFI. This VIP title of recognition requires you to collect at least 1500 VPS from sales/purchases, plus you also need to have at least THREE PTLs at your first level.

So, as mentioned before, to earn executive pool shares from matching VPs, you must be a Team Leader rank, which means you must be at least BTL rank or higher.

As a BTL, you’ll earn matching VP on all EAs (Executive Affiliates) in your team within 2 generations (and on all your EA Co Sponsored Affiliates too)

As a STL, you’ll earn matching VP on all EAs in your team within 4 generations (and on all your EA CSAs too)

As a GTL, you’ll earn matching VP on all EAs in your team within 8 generations (and on all your EA CSAs too)

As a PTL, or a DTL, you’ll earn matching VP on all EAs in your team within 12 generations (and on all your EA CSAs too)

As you earn matching VPs, the total VPs you collected for the month is determined. This includes both your personal VPs and matching VPs. And then you earn the corresponding Executive Pool Shares.

Many SFI affiliates earn thousands of matching shares each month, on the activities of hundreds of affiliates within their 12-generation team.

How Executive Pool Shares Are Distributed?

At the end of every month, the total CV (Commission Volume) for all sales at all Zing Network properties, including tripleclicks and rewardicals are determined. and then 50% of this total CV amount goes into the Executive Pool.

The CV (Commission Volume) of any product is the total commission paid out for one sale of that product.

SFI compensation plan supports the commission split for sale of any product into two parts – 50% of CV is reserved for direct commission to the affiliate who generated the sale, and the other 50% of CV goes into the Executive Pool.

So, this is a nice, clean 50/50 split for sales of all products at all Zing Sites … 50% of CV will go to Direct Commissions and the other 50% will go to the Executive Pool.

So, for example, if the commission volume (CV) of a product is $19.43, then for each sale of that product, $9.72 is given as direct commission, and $9.72 goes into the executive pool.

At the end of every month, 50% of total CV of all sales happened during the month at all Zing Network sites, goes into the Executive Pool, and then this amount is shared between all SFI affiliates, based on the total number of versa points they have earned during that month.

In other words, each VP any affiliate has earned, he/she will receive one share from the Executive Pool.

So, if an SFI affiliate has earned a total of 52000 VPs for the month, he/she will earn 52000 shares from the executive pool.

The total VPs an SFI affiliate earn during the month is sum of both his personal VPs and Matching VPs. So, if an affiliate has earned 2000 personal VPs and 50000 matching VPs, then he/she has earned a total of 52000 VPs for the month.

Note that, the dollar VALUE of an executive pool share varies each month, depending on total sales happened during the month, and also the total number of Versa Points collected during the month.

Important : To earn commission executive pool shares, you must be at least EA rank for the month. That means you must have collected at least 1500 VPs for the month.

Which means, if you have collected at least 1500 VPs and become an EA for the month, you can earn executive pool shares for your Personal VPs. To earn executive pool shares from your

Matching VPs, you must be at least BTL rank, which means you must collect at least 3000 VPs for the month (1500 of those VPs must come from sales/purchases).

Currently, Executive Pool works like this : Provides you have collected at least 1500 VPs for the month, you earn ONE share of the pool for each of your VersaPoints up to 1500 . Then, for each additional 500 VP you score, you’ll earn another 500 shares!

Here are some examples of how much you can earn from Executive Pool shares :-

(1) You score 1500 VPs for the month, so you earn 1500 shares of the Executive Pool

(2) You score 2200 VPs for the month, so you earn 2000 shares of the Executive Pool

(3) You score 12225 VPs for the month, including 2225 personal VPs and 10000 matching VPs, so you earn 12000 shares of the Executive Pool

(4) You score 34734 VPs for the month, including 2172 personal VPs and 32562 matching VPs, so you earn 34500 shares of the Executive Pool

(5) And so on, with no limit to how many total shares you can earn !

If you want to succeed with your network marketing company, then pay attention to this … it is very important that you have a SYSTEM to PROPERLY TRAIN your downline members.

Lets do not discount this … your success as a network marketer will depend greatly on HOW SUCCESSFUL YOUR DOWNLINE MEMBERS ARE.

A network marketing company’s compensation plan pays you for both your own efforts, as well as your downline member’s effort. Therefore it is quite obvious that if you have some good active members in your downline, who are properly trained, then your income will continue to increase with passage of time, as these downline members will continue to grow their own downline.

It is All About Duplication

In this business of network marketing, it’s all about duplication. You become successful only when you help your downline members become successful. Your success is dependent greatly on how successful your downline is.

Your network marketing company wants you to succeed. Your success is the company’s success.

The day you joined your network marketing company, you and the company are in a long term business partnership.

Your success within your network marketing company, is determined by how efficiently you build YOUR NETWORK OF PEOPLE (also called your “downline” or “team”).

You want your downline team as big as you can, with as many active people with as many levels (generations) below you as possible.

In other words, if you are going to WIN BIG in network marketing, you need to build a STRONG DOWNLINE.






Building An Active downline Gives You Time Leverage

Network Marketing gives you the option to earn LEVERAGED INCOME from others efforts.

When you build an active downline, consisting of different members at different levels below you, you have the option to earn from these people’s efforts.

In other words, with network marketing, you have TIME LEVERAGE.

As you increase the number of people working with you in your downline, you also increase the number of combined hours worked in the business.

This is leveraging your time (time leverage).

So, while you may be working the same the number of hours each week, by having more and more people in your downline, you ultimately have more number of hours worked on your behalf, and hence get paid more.

Network Marketing is A Teaching and Mentoring Business

As I said before, if you want to succeed with your network marketing company, then it is very important that you have a SYSTEM to PROPERLY TRAIN your downline members.

In order to build a strong active downline under you, you must find a way to train these people in your downline properly.

A better trained downline will achieve better results for you in your network marketing business. They will remain active and involved with the company for a long time, as well as they will grow their own downline (which is your downline of course).

The better informed you keep them, the better their chances of success, and the better your chances of success as well.

Stay in regular contact with your downline members. This helps establish your credibility and greatly improves the chance that they will become active and involved with the company, for the long term.

Proper communication with your downline members will ultimately help you build a strong downline team, and hence create ongoing residual income for you.

Your downline members are your BUSINESS PARTNERS, or business associates.

Stay in touch with them, keep them motivated, and inform them properly about your business.

Some Things You Can Do To Properly Train Your Downline

(1) Lead by Example. If you want them to do something, make sure you have done that first. For example, if you tell them to advance their rank within the company, or purchase a particular product from the company, make sure you do those things first.

(2) Become a great communicator. Make sure you are properly informed about how your company operates, so that you can clearly communicate the same thing with your downline members. When you effectively communcate with your downline members, it is highly possible that many of them will start to follow you, and act on what you tell them to do.

(3) Help them get started right. When a new member/distributor join your network marketing company under you, make sure you have a proper plan to train them effectively during their first 30 to 90 days (this is the time they are more motivated and eager to learn more about the company).

(4) Work with the workers. Many people within your downline may not be willing to build this business. So, you want to do some sorting here. Try to locate people within your downline, based on their activity level. You will obviously find a few people, who are willing to work, and build this business. When you find these workers, keep working with them, to build this business.
